About the Space

Studio Overview Our two-story photography studio is a fully styled creative space designed for portrait, fashion, lifestyle, boudoir and branding shoots. Studio Features Include: * Two-story studio space * Bed set & couch set * Multiple backdrops * Client wardrobe closet (available for use *limited in sizes L-XXL) * Natural light + open shooting areas ⚠️ Please note: The studio does not have plumbing. No on-site sink or restroom available. A restroom is located on the property within personal premises home if an emergency or using bush line is allowed. Includes access to: * Shooting areas (forest area included when available) * Furnished sets (bed & couch, etc) * Standard backdrops * Access to both floors of the studio, the top floor being used only for changing and hair/makeup or getting props/backdrops! *NO PHOTOGRAPHY UPSTAIRS*

Health and Safety Measures

A swifter wetjet is used on floors for both stories. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes are available. All that is requested is that if anything is used, such as cake, oil, or water, it gets cleaned up before the end of the day.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
