NEAR U is a new vibrant and dynamic event space in the heart of Brooklyn’s lively Sunset Park neighborhood. Here at NEAR U, we offer a unique experience due to our space’s versatility. Our upscale venue offers clients a wide range of options with a two-floor space, which includes two bathrooms (one on each floor), and a back yard. With that versality our space is suitable for film and photo shoots, music videos, presentations, workshops, interviews, castings, fitness/yoga classes, movement/improv classes, getaways, and whatever you can imagine. Our well rounded and well-versed staff are always available to help with inquiries, questions, and cater to the experience our clients would like to create for their event(s).
