A unique, light-filled space designed by world-renowned minimalist architect John Pawson, originally converted as a studio for artist Michael Craig-Martin.
The spectacular 34ft double-height upper floor features an original vaulted ceiling, white walls, bespoke joinery and beautiful natural light, making it an exceptional setting for photo shoots, filming, meetings, workshops and creative projects. The 700 square foot upper floor space is furnished with a large table and 10 chairs, plus two sizeable sofas seating 8.
The lower floor provides a kitchen and bathroom.
Location & Access
Just a 6-minute walk from Kentish Town Underground (Northern line), with Gospel Oak Overground around 10 minutes away and Kentish Town Thameslink approximately 15 minutes away. The studio is also well served by buses, with routes including the 88 and 214 running along Highgate Road. Weekend parking is available locally.
There are plenty of places nearby for lunch and coffee, with Never For Ever directly across the road and a small parade of shops, including Rossella’s Italian restaurant, just a one-minute walk away.
