About the Space
12 person conference table, 60 inch TV for presenting, private spare office (if requested), two restrooms, small kitchenette, and complementary coffee bar. We can provide additional food and beverage set up to enhance your meeting if notified in advance. Spare room can also be used as an overnight bedroom for one. Shower and washer/ dryer room available upon request.
This is the office of Tx Gold’n Brooms. 4 rooms surround the open conference area. However, we use the entire building part time and can be flexible around your needs

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
This office is being listed by a commercial & residential cleaning company. Our team cleans between bookings as well as on a regular basis. Full wipe down with all purpose, bleach, and scrubbing pads (when necessary) is performed. Toilets and sinks are wiped down top to bottom regardless of appearance. Coffee maker and conference table are disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
