Step into history at Rose Porch—Hendersonville’s 101-year-old gem! Renovated in 2026, this charming 3BR 1-1/2 BA retreat blends vintage soul with modern comforts (Wi-Fi, smart TV). Enjoy 1.2 acres, a brook, waterfall, and gazebo. RV 50 amp hookup. Just 25 min to Nashville, it’s ideal for groups, bachelorettes, or music video shoots. Southern charm, unique stories, and unforgettable memories await!
There’s room to sleep seven people, plus an extra rollaway bed in case you need space for one more—making it eight! There is a primary bedroom, with a king and a twin bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed with the roll away in the closet, the third bedroom has a queen bed. Dining table seats up to eight, when you add the leaf, and there’s a handy island in the kitchen with seating for two more. Bring your RV for extra space, ample parking and a 50amp hookup.
Step outside and you’ll find more than just a yard. My land stretches across the street, where you’ll discover a cave and a babbling brook—perfect for quiet reflection. Wildlife? I’ve got it in spades: deer, bunnies, raccoons, hawks, wild turkeys, groundhogs, and more songbirds than you can count. If you’re quiet at night, you’ll hear nothing but serenity—and maybe a lullaby from the brook. I’m as country as Dolly! My yard has served as a stage for music videos and bonfires that have lit up the night with laughter from family, friends, local celebrities, and music artists. You never know who might have toasted a marshmallow here or played guitar by the fire. When you visit, you’ll notice my Southern charm—including a brand-new gazebo/cabana, perfect for weddings (please message host for pricing on weddings or large gatherings), pulling out the guitar and writing a song, or just sipping sweet tea in the summertime. There’s a screened-in porch for watching fireflies without getting bitten by mosquitoes, and a front porch for sittin’ and listening to the creek or waiting for your DoorDash or Amazon delivery.
For events over 8 people, contact host prior to booking, fees will apply.
My kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, knives, silverware, glasses, mugs, stemware, toaster, blender, ice maker, Keurig, baking sheets, oven mitts, dish towels, and spices. K-cups, sugar, and creamer are provided for your first morning coffee.
The bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. Each bedroom has a lighted makeup mirror, so everyone can get glam in their own space. The entry area features a full-size mirror to make sure your outfit is on point before heading out the door.
For activities, I offer extra-large Jenga, cornhole, a foosball table, and board games. I was one of the very first homes on Hogans Branch Road, and I’ve watched the area grow. So, as you walk through my rooms, know that you’re not just looking at a house—you’re experiencing a piece of Hendersonville history. Keep in mind this space is not intended for small children. No one under 13 please.
Thanks for visiting. I hope you feel the love, laughter, and music that have filled these walls for a century. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll want to add your own story to mine. See y’all soon!
