THREE interior spaces are offered for your consideration and use: The Cottage, the Galley , & the Bait House
The 700 sq. ft. Cottage has ocean views out of most windows and features bright natural light, shiplap walls, vaulted ceiling, vintage coastal-inspired décor, and a cozy wood stove, creating a warm and inviting interior that is full of character. Its airy, open layout and thoughtfully curated design make it perfect for lifestyle or interior shots, as well as a breakaway space for meetings, with an overnight stay capacity for 4 guests.
The Galley (400 sq. ft.) is a summer kitchen located in a converted lobster pound that overlooks the water and dock, providing a picturesque backdrop for dining. Interior exposed wood walls, a long central dining table, and a blend of utilitarian and rustic elements. It is equipped with a full kitchen setup, suitable for cooking or intimate gatherings (comfortably seats 8). Upstairs a cozy lounge provides additional seating for team meetings or base for hair/makeup, wardrobe.
The Bait House (150 sq. ft.) is a small shack with aged wooden interior full of patina, history, and coastal grit. It is still actively used by local fishermen — a living piece of working heritage. It is elevated on stilts directly over the water with atmospheric light and detail. Often used as cocktail or oyster bar or as an extra service area for events.
EXTERIOR
Outside is where the magic truly happens. The buildings on the property showcase a timeless New England aesthetic, with weathered cedar shingles, wood cladding, and even touches of Carpenter Gothic styling—think charming rooflines, overhangs, and finely detailed trim. Together, they create a backdrop that feels both rooted in history and perfectly suited for modern "ocean-to-table" gatherings.
The commericial float is usable for comfortable outdoor events from June-October. Tables, chairs and event props will need to be sourced. An extra discount is given to events for prep and teardown time.
The property has hosted a range of events from Birthday parties to Proposals and Elopements, to Pop-Up catered experiences.
