This 1,200-square-foot ground-floor Williamsburg loft is in an original 1871 building, renovated to a modern, clean aesthetic. It features 12-foot ceilings, exposed brick, hardwood floors, a glass brick façade, and floor-to-ceiling windows at the rear that open onto a private bamboo-lined patio. Natural light floods the interior throughout the day. The backyard, with a gas grill, adds square footage for outdoor shoots, al fresco dining, or overflow space.
The open layout is well-suited to photo and video shoots productions. It has previously hosted apparel and still-life shoots and has been featured in Apartment Therapy and The Kitchn.
Load-in is easy: entry through the building's front door directly into the apartment. One full bathroom on site. Bedrooms are not included in the rental.
It is conveniently located steps from the L, G, and J/M/Z trains, with a public parking lot across the street for guests arriving by car. It is also easily accessed by taxi, bus or CitiBike, and surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants and hotels.
