Our 800 sq ft, apartment-style space offers natural light and several styled settings for family portraits, pet-and-person photos, personal branding and creator content. A HOME-LIKE SETTING FOR PEOPLE AND PETS Capture relaxed portraits in the living area, create a different look at the dining nook, or use the kitchenette for lifestyle and product images. Pets are welcome and must be supervised at all times. Bring your own photographer, or reserve the studio as a photographer bringing your clients. For photographers planning family, pet or holiday portrait sessions, message us with your preferred date, session schedule, group size and number of pets so we can help you assess the fit. Studio rental provides the space; photography services and a seasonal holiday set are not included. The apartment-style layout lets you prepare, change looks and shoot several scenes without moving between locations. LIGHTING AND PARKING Natural light comes through multiple sliding glass doors, with blinds and curtains to help manage the light. One ring light is available; bring any additional lighting equipment your shoot requires. Driveway parking is available for small crews. Please share your expected vehicle count before arrival so we can coordinate parking. PLAN YOUR VISIT • Two-hour minimum reservation. • Maximum 10 people at any time, including clients and crew; 8 is most comfortable. • Setup, client transitions, breakdown and cleanup must fit within your booked time. • Supervise pets throughout the session and follow the studio's house rules. • This is a calm creative space, not a party venue.
