Welcome to Oyster Bay Brewing Co.
We're a 14-year-old craft brewery housed in a 6,000-square-foot space in the heart of Oyster Bay village — the kind of room you can't recreate. Real brewing tanks, a long working bar, warm wood throughout, and the unmistakable feel of a brewery that's been doing this since 2012.
The space lives where Long Island history meets Long Island craft beer. We're 1.5 miles from Sagamore Hill (Theodore Roosevelt's home), two blocks from Oyster Bay harbor, and right on Audrey Avenue — the village's main commercial street. Easy access from the LIE, the Northern State, and the LIRR.
What you can do here:
Private events of 30 to 150 people
Intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, and engagement parties
Corporate gatherings, team off-sites, and holiday parties
Birthday celebrations, anniversary parties, and milestone events
Photo and video shoots — the brewing equipment is genuinely cinematic
Pop-up dinners and chef collaborations
Live music, comedy nights, and ticketed events
The space itself:
The taproom features a 30-foot-plus bar (the centerpiece of the room), high-top seating, banquet tables, and an open layout that flows naturally for cocktail hour into seated dinner. Behind the bar wall, our working brewery is fully visible — gleaming fermenters, brite tanks, and the kind of authentic working backdrop that makes every event photo memorable. Restored hardwood. Warm lighting. Industrial-meets-coastal aesthetic. Genuinely Instagrammable from any angle.
What we provide:

Bar staff and bartenders
Tables, chairs, and standard event setup

What you bring:

Decor, florals, special AV needs
Anything that makes the event yours
Why this room is different:
You can rent a hotel ballroom anywhere. You can't rent a working brewery on Long Island's Gold Coast with 14 years of history, fresh beer being made on-site during your event, and a story that your guests will remember.
Whether you're shooting a brand campaign that needs authentic blue-collar craft warmth, hosting a wedding that doesn't feel like everyone else's wedding, or planning a corporate event your team will actually look forward to — this is the room.
