This listing is for corporate off-sites, meetings, workshops, trainings, research and development (R&D), product testing, and technology-related data collection. We also accommodate bookings that require us to leave the property. Please let us know before booking if your project requires exclusive use of the property with us off-site, so we can plan accordingly. We have fast, reliable WiFi throughout. Our dining table seats 6 comfortably, and the kitchen island seats another 4. We have an outdoor patio area with a fire pit table, umbrella, and seating for 6 — perfect for breaks and informal sessions. Note: the fire pit table requires the Propane add-on to function as a fire pit($40 flat fee); without it, it's available as an outdoor table only. There's access to 2 restrooms. Our home is a traditional residence with a warm, inviting character — a mix of antiques and new furniture, interior barn doors, and an old red wall dial phone. The overall feeling is comfortable and welcoming, a refreshing alternative to a conference room. We're minutes from freeways, restaurants, and shopping. Driveway parking as well as street parking is available, with a quiet cul-de-sac just 200 feet away."
