At Genesis Family Life Center, we prioritize cleanliness, safety, and comfort for every guest. All conference rooms, counseling rooms, workspace areas, restrooms, and event spaces are cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. High-touch surfaces such as tables, chairs, door handles, counters, and shared equipment are regularly disinfected. Trash is removed promptly, and common areas are maintained throughout the day to ensure a clean and welcoming environment. We take pride in providing a professional, safe, and well-maintained space for meetings, programs, counseling services, and special events.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
