The layout allows guests to use the stage for speakers, DJs, performers, ceremonies, or presentations while keeping the main floor open for dining, dancing, or flexible seating arrangements. The space also includes a counter/service area that can be used for event support, refreshments, check-in, or guest service depending on the booking needs. Tables and chairs can be arranged in different layouts, including banquet seating, classroom-style seating, theater-style seating, or an open-floor setup. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The space is cleaned and prepared before each booking to ensure it is ready for guests. Floors are swept and mopped, tables and chairs are cleaned as needed, restrooms are checked and stocked, and common touch points are wiped down. Guests are expected to remove all personal items, decorations, vendor materials, balloons, and trash related to their event at the end of the booking. Any setup, breakdown, and cleanup time must be included within the reserved rental time. Outside catering is allowed, but an additional cleaning fee may apply depending on the event size, food service, kitchen use, and overall cleanup required. Any spills, food waste, excessive trash, glitter, confetti, tape, or decorations left behind may result in additional cleaning charges. The kitchen, service areas, sound system, LED wall, stage, furniture, and all venue equipment must be left in the same condition as received. Our team will complete the final cleaning after the event, but guests are responsible for basic cleanup and removing all event-related items before leaving.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
