    Host your next corporate gathering, presentation, workshop, or networking event in our flexible banquet hall in Flushing. A spacious main hall, smaller breakout areas, and private on-site parking make it easy to bring your group together. FLEXIBLE MEETING LAYOUT The main hall can be arranged for seated presentations, group discussions, or networking. Smaller areas can support breakout conversations and more intimate gatherings. Share your attendee count and preferred setup before booking so we can confirm a suitable layout. PRESENTATION & MEETING AMENITIES The venue features a large LED screen, professional lighting and sound system, Wi-Fi, tables, and chairs. Please confirm your presentation connections, equipment needs, and any setup or technical support requirements with us before booking. PARKING & CATERING Private on-site parking is available, with optional valet service. The venue also has an on-site kitchen supporting catering; guest kitchen access is not included as a listed amenity. Please confirm catering arrangements, kitchen access, parking capacity, valet availability, and any associated charges in advance. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome; no prior approval is required.     Health and Safety Measures

    As a full-service restaurant and event venue, cleanliness is a top priority for us. We have a dedicated professional cleaning team that maintains the space before, during, and after every event. All tables, chairs, and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. Restrooms are monitored and serviced throughout events to ensure they remain clean and well-stocked. Our kitchen and food preparation areas follow strict hygiene and safety standards. After each event, the entire venue is carefully cleaned and reset, so every guest arrives to a fresh, well-maintained space.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
