Host your next event in a Premium Event Lounge W/Terrance designed for both atmosphere and versatility. The interior features curated lounge seating, a statement dining area, sleek modern finishes, and a premium kitchen island, creating a bright and inviting social hub for productions, celebrations, and networking experiences alike. Connected directly to the space, the expansive rooftop terrace offers additional seating, open-air flexibility, city views, and a relaxed upscale atmosphere perfect for breakout moments, outdoor scenes, social gatherings, or extended experiences. The space accommodates up to 53 People (Cast/Crew). Optional add-ons such as professional photography and videography are available to elevate your Booking. All photography and/or videography services are booked at a minimum of 3 hours for this space, ensuring full coverage and high-quality content throughout your event. Contact us directly if you wish to add these services. An additional $500 security deposit is required and is returned promptly after your booking following a post-event inspection, provided all rules are followed and no damages occur. Security staff is mandatory for events with: 20+ Cast/Crew: 1 guard required 40+ Cast/Crew: 2 guards required Security is also required for any event where alcohol is present. Security services are an additional hourly charge in accordance with building requirements and are typically scheduled 30 minutes before and after the Booking. This space can only be booked for a minimum of 4 hours. Designed to adapt effortlessly, the Visloft Studios’ Premium Event Lounge W/Terrance is ideal for private events, networking gatherings, celebrations, brand activations, watch parties, content-driven productions, podcast recordings, lifestyle shoots, and cinematic scenes requiring both modern interior aesthetics and rooftop ambiance.

Building has their own maintence & Cleanings inbetween each bookings. Vacuum, Mop, Disinfect, among other cleaning. We can offer additonal Disinfected wipes & Hand Sanatizer if needed.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
