The space accommodates up to 53 People (Cast/Crew). Optional add-ons such as professional photography and videography are available to elevate your Booking. All photography and/or videography services are booked at a minimum of 3 hours for this space, ensuring full coverage and high-quality content throughout your event. An additional $500 security deposit is required and is returned promptly after your booking following a post-event inspection, provided all rules are followed and no damages occur. Security staff is mandatory for events with: 20+ Cast/Crew: 1 guard required 40+ Cast/Crew: 2 guards required Security is also required for any event where alcohol is present. Security services are an additional hourly charge in accordance with building requirements and are typically scheduled 30 minutes before and after the Booking. This space can only be booked for a minimum of 4 hours.
