Layout & Space Utilization The venue is intelligently divided into two separate rooms to maximize productivity: Room 1 : Features a large television screen equipped for seamless media projection and presentations. This room serves perfectly as your central hub for lectures, pitches, or primary group discussions. Room 2 : Same as above Key Amenities Media-Ready: High-quality TV display setup for presentations, videos, and screen sharing. Flexible Seating: Configured comfortably to host up to 10 guests per room (20 guests total across the venue). On-site Restroom: Fully accessible restroom facilities located within the space for guest convenience. To ensure a safe, productive, and premium experience for every guest, our facility is thoroughly cleaned and prepared ahead of your morning arrival. Sanitized Surfaces: All high-touch areas—including meeting tables, chairs, door handles, light switches, and remote controls—are disinfected prior to your booking. Tech Care: The presentation TV screen, media cables, and presentation areas are wiped down and checked before you arrive so they are ready to go. Restroom Maintenance: Our on-site restroom facilities are fully cleaned, stocked with essentials (soap, paper towels, toilet paper), and sanitized before the space opens. Trash & Reset: Trash receptacles are emptied daily, ensuring you walk into a completely fresh, odor-free environment every single morning. Guest Responsibility: We handle the deep cleaning and sanitation! We simply ask that guests place any disposable food containers or catering waste into the provided trash bins and leave the furniture in its original layout before checking out.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
