To ensure every guest enjoys a clean, relaxing, and luxury experience, Trena’s Oasis follows a detailed cleaning and sanitizing process before and after each booking. Before Each Booking Pool water is cleaned, tested, and balanced. Pool floats and lounge areas are sanitized. Patio furniture and seating are wiped down and disinfected. Restroom and common areas are thoroughly cleaned. Trash bins are emptied and liners replaced. High-touch surfaces are sanitized. Towels and decorative areas are refreshed and organized. After Each Booking Guests are expected to: Remove all personal belongings. Place trash in designated bins. Return pool floats and furniture to their original locations. Report any spills, damages, or issues immediately. Our team then performs: Full sanitation of all seating and surfaces. Pool area inspection and cleaning. Trash removal and odor control. Deep cleaning of entertainment and lounge areas. Restocking and resetting the oasis for the next guest. Additional Cleaning Notes Smoking is not permitted inside covered lounge areas. Glass containers are not allowed near the pool area. Excessive messes may result in an additional cleaning fee.
