About The Heritage Apartment

Our 1912 heritage apartment is conveniently located in the vibrant South Granville shopping district, just a stone’s throw from Downtown and Granville Island. This bright, south-facing unit boasts 1,100 square feet of charming space, complete with unique nooks and original architectural details that evoke a timeless European elegance. The dining room with extendable table seats 4-10 guests and has tall French doors that overlook the Shaughnessy rise and is ideal for hosting intimate bridal showers, brunches or pre-wedding/engagement shoots. The well equipped kitchen has a 24-inch European style fridge/freezer; a 30-inch professional open burner gas range, and an 18-inch dishwasher for use. The wide hallway right outside the kitchen is ideal for extra prep space (sturdy folding table can be found in our Add-On section). The 2 bedrooms and Den are available to use for bridal/wedding dressing/make-up and there's a full bathroom as well as a separate WC. Various restaurants are close by for catering. Metered parking and 2 loading zone spots for easy drop-off is available right next to the building on Granville Street with various paid parking lots within a 2 minute walk. This is our home so it is constantly being cleaned after having strangers come through our space - so our own safety as well of those are guests are of utmost importance.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
