About Content Labs Studios
Welcome to our modern downtown Homewood creative venue designed for events, productions, workshops, and unforgettable experiences.
Please note that the meeting room, event space, production studio, and rehearsal studio are separate spaces and must be booked individually. To reserve the entire 3,600-square-foot building, please contact us for a custom quote.
This versatile multi-room space is perfect for networking events, podcast recordings, photoshoots, video shoots, worship gatherings, rehearsals, meetings, pop-up shops, and intimate celebrations.
The venue features a spacious open-concept event floor with hardwood floors, natural lighting, flexible seating layouts, stylish lounge areas, and modern décor throughout. Guests also have access to a dedicated podcast and production room equipped for interviews, recordings, rehearsals, and content creation.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
