Modest, well furnished first-floor apartment in a small 1960's complex on a beautiful tree-lined street in South Pasadena (980 sq ft). Hickory hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment. Each room has windows that allows lots of natural light. Furnishings are light wood with earth tone accents. Walls are soft white with a couple light pink accent walls. Galley kitchen with blue and light green backsplash and accents; all modern, stainless steel appliances with open shelving between 2 windows. The living room has a small, dark green couch that looks out to the open courtyard. Porch is well appointed with wicker chairs and cozy rug. Bedrooms have soft white walls with minimal, earthtone furnishings. Bathroom is newly remodeled with dark pink walls, marble floors/shower and black and gold fixtures.
Upon entering the apartment, there is a very small foyer where the living room, dining room and gathering spot are all visible. A small hallway allows entrance the bathroom and bedrooms.
Behind the accent wall that makes up the gathering area is the kitchen. The layout is such that the kitchen is accessible from the dining room and hall. I've retained the cute pocket door that separates the dining room from the kitchen.
