This house is a historic Williamsburg brownstone built in 1899 and recently redeveloped into a modern single-family residence completed in 2025–2026. Spanning approximately 4,000 sq ft across four floors, with a backyard and roof deck, the home combines original Brooklyn townhouse character with contemporary European minimalism.
The residence features an open entry, chef’s kitchen, dining area, two living rooms, multiple bedrooms, a full-floor primary suite, and ceiling heights ranging from 12 to 20 feet. Oversized steel-framed and floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light throughout the day.
Designed by Bowerbird Architects, the space includes a sculptural staircase, lime-wash walls, light-wood flooring, marble surfaces, and a chef’s kitchen with a large island. These details create a clean, warm backdrop for fashion shoots, commercial shots, editorial productions, brand activations, product launches, showroom moments, executive meetings, private dinners, and small celebrations.
The primary bathroom has a calm spa-like feel, making it especially suited for beauty content, wellness campaigns, and lifestyle productions.
