About the Space
This space is an airy artist's studio that functions very well as a photography studio or flex space! As my personal studio space, this special, newly renovated space is infused with lots of creative and positive energy. A white photo backdrop and backdrop setup can be provided upon request. This is also a great space to photograph artwork, as it has bright white non fluorescent lighting and natural indirect light as well. It has a large glass sliding door that functions as a separate entrance. A bathroom is also on the premises. Please note the main part of the house is my home and you may encounter guests as you use the restroom. Please be respectful of the common spaces and only use the photo art studio and bathroom (no pictures in the common spaces in the home). We can also remove all art from the space if you wish. Items may be used as props as long as handled carefully.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
My cleaning involves vacuuming, sweeping, and disinfecting all surfaces by wiping them down with cleaner. There is also a high capacity air filter in the space running the entire time.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
