The first floor in this suburb is quiet (great for filming audio) and has lots of white walls and vaulted ceilings. Skylights provide nice natural light. Minimal furnishings which can be removed so you can make it your own!
You're welcome to have access to the entire first floor which includes a kitchen, full bath, office, bedroom, and living room. You may also use the backyard which has a dining area, grass, and lush foliage without views of neighbors.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
