A recently renovated warehouse space located in Bow, e3, with 80 person capacity perfect for photoshoots, filming, events and more. Designed to meet the modern needs of interdisciplinary creative practice, this is a space capable of transforming from studio to venue and taking the shape of everything in-between. With a uniquely sculptural mezzanine, immersive lighting, vintage and hand-crafted furniture, and an adaptable layout, we have built your next venue with the connected human experience at the core.

Space is cleaned and maintained in accordance with guidelines and basic cleaning materials are supplied, but for bookings of large / special events we ask that additional required cleaning be managed by the guest.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
