Our versatile lounge can be enjoyed as a blank canvas or fully customized to bring your vision to life dawn till dusk. The venue is within the Rail House NoDa development and can host a max capacity of 350 people in ~6,500 square feet for $1,200/hr with three hour minimum and includes four restrooms for guest convenience. The space can be made more intimate for smaller occasions featuring stunning décor and comfortable seating for 175 lounge guests for $650/hr with two hour minimum. The lounge is equipped with: Elevated stage Premium sound system with microphone Massive 98" television for presentations, sports watch parties, and visual displays Commercial-grade catering kitchen is designed to support professional food service operations and includes: Large refrigerator/freezer, Dishwasher, Hot box, food prep station, Three-compartment sink Main bar Two private breakout rooms that and can be used as: meeting rooms, VIP lounges, green rooms, Bridal suites, quiet workspaces or retreats A la Carte Items DJ booth Illuminated secondary bar Espresso Bar Presentation drop down screens, projectors, and microphones Interactive Activities & Team-Building Experiences: Looking to create an engaging guest experience? A portion of the space can be transformed into an activity zone featuring games such as pickleball, cornhole, and ladder toss. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
