Health and Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each booking. High-touch surfaces, including tables, countertops, bathroom fixtures, door handles, light switches, and shared amenities, are sanitized between guests. Bathrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces are cleaned and restocked prior to arrival. Floors are swept and mopped as needed, and all trash and recycling are removed after each event. We ask guests to leave the space in generally the same condition in which it was found by disposing of trash, cleaning up spills, and returning any moved furniture to its original location. A more extensive cleaning is handled by the host between bookings. We intentionally schedule time between reservations whenever possible to allow for cleaning, reset, and preparation so each guest arrives to a clean, welcoming, and professional environment.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
