A 2,000 sq ft ground-floor space in NoMad — 29th, between 5th and Broadway, next to the Ace Hotel and two blocks from the Flower and Garment Districts. Beautifully designed for activations, collaborations, trunk shows, brand moments, press previews, photoshoots, art openings, editorial production — you name it.
The opportunity is endless, but brand alignment is crucial. We welcome projects that align with our high-touch aesthetic and invite creativity-driven brands looking to stand out for the right reasons — projects with thoughtful intent. This allows us to maintain a space that will elevate your brand.
The 2,000 sq ft space can be fully private and unfurnished — sectioned cleanly from the working archival fashion atelier — or activated with our presence, inventory, and styled decor as part of your installation.
The space lives two ways: as a turnkey blank canvas with prime NoMad bones (still rich with history and cool energy), or as a layered editorial environment inside a curated archive of vintage bridal, evening, gala, red carpet, and collector pieces — including museum-worthy collections, from 1970s Roberto Cavalli hand-painted suede sets to 1960s haute couture by Hubert de Givenchy, Jeanne Lanvin, and more. Buzz-in entry. By approval only.
