Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
To maintain the quality and presentation of our venue, all renters are required to return the space to its original condition at the conclusion of their event. This includes removing all trash, food, and personal items; vacuuming floors and wiping down all used surfaces; arranging all chairs and furniture back to their original setup; and completing the provided facility checklist to ensure compliance with JKBX standards. All trash bags must be securely tied and disposed of in the designated garbage bin located outside the facility. Failure to properly clean and reset the space may result in additional cleaning or facility restoration fees.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
