This listing is best for meetings, strategy sessions, content planning, team check-ins, workshops, coaching sessions, creative reviews, script reads, brainstorming sessions, small trainings, and intimate business gatherings.
The base meeting rate includes access to the approved meeting area, WiFi, seating, standard room setup, green room/changing area access when available, on-site parking availability, and nearby metered parking.
Please note: this meeting listing does not include podcast recording, cameras, microphones, lighting setup, technician support, live editing, post-production, social media clips, or use of podcast production equipment. If you need to record a podcast, film content, use studio equipment, or receive production support, please book our podcast production listing or message us for a custom quote.
Guests may bring laptops, notebooks, presentation materials, light refreshments, and small personal items. Food and beverages are allowed, but guests are responsible for keeping the space clean and disposing of trash before leaving.
The space can accommodate up to 6 total attendees. Larger groups are not permitted unless approved in advance under a separate booking type.

Light phone/laptop recording may be allowed, but any professional filming, podcast recording, or use of studio equipment requires approval and may need to be booked under the podcast production listing.
4. How many people are allowed?
The meeting listing includes up to 4 total attendees. Up to 6 total attendees may be allowed with an additional attendee fee. More than 6 guests require approval and may need a different booking type.
5. Can I bring food or drinks?
Yes, food and beverages are allowed. Guests must clean up after themselves and remove all trash before leaving.
6. Is alcohol allowed?
Alcohol may be allowed for approved meetings or private sessions, but guests must comply with local laws and use the space responsibly.
7. Is there parking?
Yes, on-site parking is available, and metered parking may also be available nearby.
8. Is there a green room or changing area?
Yes, a green room/changing area is available when confirmed in advance.
9. Can furniture be moved?
Furniture may be adjusted with approval, but everything must be returned to its original placement before the booking ends. Major room changes may require a setup fee.
10. Are any areas off-limits?
Yes. Access is limited to approved meeting areas. Private offices, storage areas, staff-only areas, and unapproved rooms are off-limits.
