Studio 4534 is a unique 1100 sq ft space located in the vibrant Ravenswood Corridor in Chicago. Built in 1901, Waechter Architects has meticulously renovated and maintained the historic architecture with updated amenities. With an open plan, it is cozy and has room for meetings, shared workspaces, parties, photo shoots, and film sets. Areas include:
*Built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and induction cooktop.
*Bathroom with a shower.
*Conference table that seats 6-8.
*Kitchen table that seats 5.
*Seating area with a leather couch and 2 armchairs
