Our light-filled warehouse style office is a distinctive, characterful space ideal for photo shoots, film shoots, workshops, creative sessions, shoots, team away days, presentations and intimate events. Set within a richly textured studio interior, the space combines exposed brick walls, original steel columns, large industrial windows, polished concrete floors, visible services and warm bespoke timber joinery. We have a beautiful bespoke stainless steel kitchen with LaCanche six ring burner so would work particularly well for client presentations, content shoots, brand events, private dining, supper clubs, workshops and creative production. The combination of generous open-plan areas, large meeting rooms and relaxed lounge settings makes it flexible for both focused work and more informal gatherings. The layout is arranged around a spacious open-plan studio with a central bespoke kitchen, dining and breakout areas, lounge seating, workstations and separate enclosed meeting rooms. The plan also includes an oval table meeting room, model-making area, open shelving, kitchen island, hob/oven, sink, dishwasher, bin storage and fridge/freezer provision, giving the space a practical setup for catered events and longer bookings. The bespoke kitchen is one of the key features of the space, with pale timber cabinetry, stainless steel worktops, a large island, integrated appliances and bar seating. It provides a natural focal point for hosting, cooking demonstrations, product shoots, informal meetings or hospitality during events. There are also large meeting rooms finished in warm timber panelling, offering a calm and private setting for board meetings, workshops, interviews or breakout sessions. The wider studio offers multiple visual backdrops, including exposed brick, arched windows, timber-lined rooms, green-painted steel columns, pendant lighting, industrial cable trays and carefully designed furniture. Health and Safety Measures

The space is professionally cleaned before each booking, with particular attention paid to high-touch surfaces, meeting tables, kitchen worktops, appliances, bathrooms and shared areas. Floors are swept and mopped, bins are emptied, and the kitchen and WC facilities are checked and refreshed. Guests are asked to leave the space as they found it, remove any personal items, catering materials and rubbish, and report any spills or damage before leaving. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in an unreasonable condition.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
