Welcome to The Village Room at Mom Haven Hub, a beautifully designed modern boho event space in Jacksonville created for connection, celebration, learning, and community. Featuring warm neutral tones, natural textures, and a flexible open-concept layout, The Village Room is ideal for baby showers, gender reveals, workshops, support groups, wellness events, networking gatherings, trainings, vendor pop-ups, private celebrations, and community-focused events. Our space was intentionally designed to feel welcoming, elevated, and inspiring. Whether you’re hosting a professional workshop, intimate gathering, educational event, support group, wellness class, or special celebration, The Village Room offers a versatile setting that can be customized to fit your vision. For events that welcome families, guests may also add access to The Little Haven, our dedicated children’s playroom designed for walking toddlers and young children. This optional add-on allows parents and caregivers to participate more comfortably while little ones enjoy a safe, engaging space nearby. Located within Mom Haven Hub, Jacksonville’s maternal wellness and community center, guests enjoy a unique atmosphere unlike traditional event venues while still offering a welcoming environment for all. The room comfortably accommodates both seated and standing event layouts and can be arranged to suit your event needs.

Health and Safety Measures

The Village Room is professionally cleaned and inspected between bookings to ensure a clean, welcoming experience for every guest. High-touch surfaces, tables, seating, restrooms, and common areas are sanitized regularly, and the space is reset prior to each reservation. We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable environment so you can focus on enjoying your event. While we handle routine cleaning, we ask that guests respect the space by removing all personal belongings, decorations, food, and event materials at the conclusion of their booking. Guests are also responsible for disposing of trash in the designated receptacles and reporting any spills, damages, or maintenance concerns. Excessive cleaning or damages beyond normal use may result in additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
