Located in a professionally finished basement, this elegant space offers a clean, modern atmosphere with 9-foot ceilings, and a versatile layout that can be customized to suit your event vision. Guests have access to: • Private event space • Dedicated bathroom • Driveway parking • Tables and seating (as available) • Wi-Fi • Easy self-check-in and access The space is ideal for intimate gatherings and photo-worthy experiences, providing a luxury setting without the high venue costs. Please note: • This is a finished basement event space. • Moderate background music is welcome. • No DJs, large speakers, or excessively loud events. • Guests receive 30 minutes of complimentary setup time before the booking and 30 minutes of complimentary breakdown time after the booking. • No Loitering Please note: all décor, food, personal items, and trash must be removed by the end of the breakdown period.
