Located on the second floor of a historic Biddeford mill building, this open studio space features original wood floors, soaring ceilings, and five large south-facing windows that fill the room with natural light throughout the day.
The main shooting area measures approximately 20' x 38', with additional usable space surrounding two original floor-to-ceiling support columns that add character and visual interest. The ceilings are approximately 14 feet high, with several hanging light fixtures positioned at roughly 11.5 feet.
For photography and video productions, the studio includes a retractable white backdrop and black backdrop covering. The open layout works well for portrait photography, branding sessions, product photography, video interviews, content creation, workshops, castings, and small productions.
French doors open into the studio, making it easier to bring in larger equipment and props. A shared restroom is located approximately 50 feet from the space.
