About the Space

A bold, moody production studio with an industrial edge and warm editorial aesthetic, tucked into a quiet hilltop neighborhood overlooking a canopy of trees. The space features a dramatic wood slat accent wall with warm vertical LED lighting, two cream accent chairs, boom arm microphones, and professional LED panel lighting — all available for your session. Acoustic panels above the recording area provide sound treatment for cleaner audio. With capacity for up to five guests, the space easily expands beyond a standard two-host setup to accommodate panels, small crews, brand activations, video production days, and intimate workshops. Guests must bring their own cameras, audio interfaces, cables, and recording software — microphones and lighting are provided. What you see in the photos is what's available. The dark, camera-ready aesthetic requires minimal styling. An adjacent intimate studio is available as a paid add-on for full production days.

Health and Safety Measures

The space is thoroughly cleaned and reset between every booking. All surfaces, furniture, and equipment are wiped down and sanitized prior to your arrival. The floor is vacuumed and the space is inspected to ensure everything is in its proper place before you arrive. Guests are asked to tidy the space before departing — a 15-minute cleanup window is built into every booking. Trash should be bagged and left by the door. Any equipment used should be returned to its original position. A note on food: We kindly ask that guests be mindful of food and drinks in the studio spaces. We are in a residential hilltop setting and our local ant community takes hospitality very seriously — please do not leave food, wrappers, or open containers in the space. Dispose of all food waste in the trash before departing. If the space requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
