About the Space
Beautiful backyard oasis has two levels of space with a large waterfall, Fire table and outdoor kitchen. Outdoor space has 3 TVs and a Sonos sound system that You can connect your phone to. You can play music while watching a sports event on the all 3 TVs (55 inch). Airdrop music from your playlist or bring your music stick. Yard has plenty of seating and a bar. Space is ideal for intimate gatherings, such as a paint and sip party, sorority or fraternity functions, baby showers, birthday or anniversary celebrations for up to 40 people. 21 and older. 420 friendly. Space comes with a restroom. Use of full kitchen, fire table, and heaters are available for extra cost. Catering, servers and bartenders are available or you can bring your own food and drinks.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
