Welcome to a bright, versatile creative studio designed for photographers, content creators, and small business owners. This cozy, open-concept space is ideal for portrait sessions, branding shoots, maternity photos, headshots, product photography, social media content, podcasts, and intimate creative meetings. The studio features a flexible layout with multiple shooting areas that can easily be rearranged to fit your vision. Guests have access to seamless paper backdrops, decorative props, furniture pieces, mirrors, a changing area, and styling accessories to create a variety of looks during one session. Natural light from the large window complements the neutral walls and warm wood flooring, providing a clean aesthetic that works well for both photo and video content. The open floor plan allows plenty of room for photographers, clients, and small teams to work comfortably.

I am a firm believer that wedding days should come with a photographer that takes stress off your plate rather than adding to it, that family and portrait sessions should be fun - not stressful, and that newborn sessions should be beautiful and safe! I promise you that you will only here me say “cheese” during your family’s session if your kids just asked me what my favorite food is. You also won’t see me get frustrated or impatient with your newborn who may not want to immediately settle for me. That’s so normal, and completely okay. If anything, it’s to be expected! As a mom, I understand that kids (and babies) need to have the space to be themselves in order to get the best shot. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Cleaning & Sanitization Process We take pride in providing a clean, welcoming, and professional environment for every guest. The studio is cleaned and inspected between bookings to ensure it is ready for your session. Our cleaning process includes: * Sanitizing high-touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, tables, and seating areas * Sweeping and maintaining floors between bookings * Organizing and resetting furniture, props, and décor * Inspecting backdrops and shooting areas for cleanliness and readiness * Emptying trash and replacing liners as needed * Restocking refreshments and studio essentials when available To help us maintain the space, we ask guests to: * Dispose of all trash before leaving * Return props and furniture to their original locations * Remove any personal belongings at the end of the booking * Wipe up any spills immediately and notify us of any accidents or damages Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, comfortable, and creative space that is ready to use upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
