Everything is set before you arrive, so your setup time goes to your presentation, not moving furniture. Skip the add-on if you prefer the open floor. Once confirmed, you receive your self check-in details. Arrive during your 30-minute setup window and get organized. Run your meeting or event. Tidy up and leave during your 30-minute cleanup window.
