Our property is professionally cleaned and prepared between bookings. High-touch surfaces, common areas, restrooms, kitchen areas, and shared amenities are cleaned and disinfected prior to guest arrival. We schedule adequate time between bookings to allow for cleaning, inspection, and preparation of the property. Because the estate includes both indoor and outdoor spaces, guests benefit from abundant outdoor areas, natural ventilation, and multiple gathering locations throughout the property. Hand sanitizer and basic cleaning supplies are available for guest use during bookings. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for productions, events, meetings, retreats, and creative projects.
