The Lounge Co is a one-of-a-kind historic cave-style event space located in downtown Jordan, Minnesota. Health and Safety Measures
As the venue host, we maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene between all bookings. After each event, our team will reset the space to ensure it is clean, safe, and ready for the next guest.
Our cleaning process includes:
Removal of all trash and leftover items from the previous event
Wiping and sanitizing of all high-touch surfaces (tables, counters, door handles, etc.)
Sweeping and mopping of floors as needed
Resetting furniture and layout to the standard configuration unless otherwise requested
Restocking and preparing the space for the next booking
We also perform routine inspections between events to ensure the space remains in excellent condition and meets a consistent hospitality standard.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
