Our cleaning process includes: • Thorough cleaning and disinfection of all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, countertops, tables, appliances, and bathroom fixtures. • Complete cleaning and sanitization of bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, tubs, mirrors, and floors. • Kitchen cleaning and disinfection, including countertops, sinks, appliances, cabinet surfaces, and dining areas. • Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of all floors throughout the home. • Inspection and cleaning of indoor and outdoor common areas to ensure the property is event-ready. • Removal of all trash and replacement of liners as needed. • Restocking of essential supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and cleaning supplies. • Inspection of the property for maintenance or safety concerns prior to each reservation. • Final quality assurance walkthrough to ensure the home meets cleanliness and presentation standards before guest arrival. Following each event or stay, the property undergoes a comprehensive cleaning and inspection process to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
