Plyo Pilates Performance is a clean, modern boutique Pilates studio located in the Redondo Beach / Hermosa Beach area. The space has ample natural light from the front wall, a polished wellness aesthetic, built-in sound, and a professional studio feel ideal for fitness shoots, wellness content, lifestyle photography, interviews, instructor demos, social media production, and small video shoots. The main studio has a bright, open layout with reformer Pilates equipment, hard flooring, mirrors, and a clean South Bay design. The space can be used as-is for Pilates and fitness content, or lightly staged for lifestyle, wellness, movement, and brand shoots. In addition to the main studio, the location includes an office, a utility room with a sink, a large spare room, a large private Pilates room with a non-moveable reformer, and a red light therapy room. The red light therapy room can be made available empty or included as a wellness add-on depending on the booking needs. The studio has ample on-site parking and a maximum occupancy of 40 people. Reformers may be moved by studio staff upon request, but should not be moved by renters. The owner will meet you at the space to let you in, provide a brief tour, and answer any access or setup questions before your booking begins. This space is best suited for small productions, wellness brands, fitness instructors, photographers, and creative teams looking for a bright, professional studio environment.
