Enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding countryside from the upper level of this beautifully appointed home. The home is a 1920s farmhouse. It is 2200 sq ft. The living space features two fully equipped kitchen. The home includes a bathroom and living room on each floor and a theater room downstairs. All TV’s include streaming service access. You’’ find a Xbox in the theater room and board games in the cabinet downstairs. There are numerous Sonos speakers onsite for music throughout the home. The exterior has two large lawn areas. The upper yard is perfect for cornhole, ladder ball, and croquet. We have a BBQ and picnic table and bench on the porch for spring and summer visitors. We have lawn chairs for lounging. We have folding tables and chairs in the shop for larger parties. This space would be perfect for: - Photo shoots - Weddings - Birthdays - Family reunions - Campouts - Baby showers - BBQ’s The lower yard is perfect for campfires and camp outs. There is limited firewood on site so we recommend buying a bundle or two to ensure you have a great s’mores experience. In the storage tent below you will find firewood and camping chairs. Throughout the property you will find apple, pear and fig trees. There are blueberries, raspberries, blackberries and strawberries.
