About Backlot Studio
The studio is a 4,000 sq. ft. professional soundstage designed to support a wide range of production needs, from commercial shoots to interviews and creative builds. It features a convenient drive-on set for easy loading and unloading, as well as a pre-lit one-wall cyc that provides a clean, versatile backdrop for both photo and video work. The space also includes a dedicated green room for talent and client comfort, along with a separate make-up room for on-site prep and production organization.

Health and Safety Measures
The studio is professionally cleaned on a bi-weekly basis by a licensed cleaning service to ensure a consistently maintained and production-ready environment. Between scheduled cleanings, the space is regularly checked and spot-maintained by staff to address any immediate needs. Guests are expected to leave the studio in the condition it was found, including disposing of trash properly, resetting any moved furniture or equipment, and removing all set materials or personal items at the end of their booking.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
