Spacious and Bright East Village Loft

A 1,700 square-foot open floor loft with 12" ceilings and five large windows that bathe the space in light. The main area measures about 28 ft. wide by 40 ft. long and includes a living area, dining area and large kitchen with an island. It's a unique, cinematic space full of art, books and light. The windows face north and east and let in the most incredible natural light. There are also two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the back of the apartment available for use. Our home is an ideal setting for activities including: • Lifestyle and portrait photography • Food and cooking content • Documentary-style interviews • Product photography with natural lighting • Brand campaigns seeking authentic, lived-in environments A note from your hosts: We're both journalists in NYC and this is our full time home that we live in with our two young children.
