Poorluxury Studios is a 1,200 sq. ft. industrial-luxury creative and event space located in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown Los Angeles, facing the iconic 6th Street Bridge.
Designed with concrete pillars, lime-washed walls, natural light, and a curated lounge area, the studio provides a clean and versatile backdrop that can be transformed for a variety of intimate events and experiences.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The studio is fully cleaned in between each booking. Wiped down with disinfectant wipes, swept and swiffered on all floors.
Cleaning protocol
Enhanced cleaning measures:
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
