Between every booking, we personally reset and clean the home so it arrives fresh for your shoot. This includes vacuuming and mopping the floors, wiping down the kitchen, counters, and island, cleaning the bathrooms, sanitizing high touch surfaces like door handles and light switches, and emptying all trash. The pool, hot tub, and patio areas are maintained and serviced regularly as well. During your booking, we keep things simple for you. Basic supplies are available on site, including paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, and surface wipes, and a host is here the whole time if you need anything or want to point out a spill right away. At wrap, we just ask that you leave the space picked up: remove all trash, equipment, props, and catering, bag any garbage, wipe down the kitchen if you used it, and return any furniture you moved to its original place. You do not need to do a deep clean, since we take care of that after you leave. If anything is spilled or damaged, let us know in the moment so we can handle it quickly and keep the home in top shape for the next production.
