Cleaning Process We take pride in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest. • The space is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before each booking. • All tables, chairs, countertops, high-touch surfaces, and commonly used areas are sanitized between reservations. • Floors are swept and mopped regularly to maintain a clean presentation. • Restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked before each event. • Trash is removed and fresh liners are installed prior to guest arrival. • Food preparation and service areas are maintained according to professional hospitality and food safety standards. • We schedule adequate time between bookings to ensure the space is properly cleaned and reset for the next guest. Guests are expected to dispose of trash, remove personal belongings, and leave the space in reasonable condition at the conclusion of their reservation. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive messes or damage requiring specialized cleaning.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
