## Cleaning & Departure Guidelines
To help us maintain a beautiful and welcoming space for every guest, we ask that all hosts and attendees follow these simple departure guidelines.
### Before You Leave
* **Please take all personal belongings** with you before leaving the venue. The Venue by Victoria's Kitchen & Catering is not responsible for items left behind.
* **Remove all decorations, gifts, food, and event supplies** brought into the venue unless prior arrangements have been made.
* **Dispose of all trash** in the designated trash cans located throughout the venue. Our staff will handle bag removal and final disposal.
* **Do not leave food or beverages** on tables or countertops. Please place leftover food in containers and remove it from the venue unless otherwise arranged.
### Professional Cleaning
Your rental includes professional cleaning services.
* Our cleaning team will **prepare the venue before your event** to ensure the space is clean, sanitized, and ready for your guests.
* After your event, our team will perform the **final cleaning and sanitization** of the venue.
* We simply ask that guests leave the venue in a reasonably tidy condition by removing personal items and placing trash in the designated receptacles.
### Additional Cleaning Fees
Additional cleaning or damage fees may be assessed if the venue is left in an excessively dirty condition or if there is damage to the property, furniture, or equipment beyond normal use.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
