    Leave the office behind and bring your group together on 20 private acres near the Columbia Gorge. Surrounded by wide-open fields, tall trees and views of Mount Adams, Cave Creek Farm offers a peaceful setting for company retreats, planning sessions, workshops and off-sites, just 30 minutes from Hood River and 1.5 hours from Portland and Vancouver. Begin the day together in the Farm Stand, with WiFi, tables and chairs, a projector, screen and whiteboard available for working sessions. When it's time for a change of scenery, move outside to the large timber-covered stage, gather around picnic tables in the central field, or break into smaller groups throughout the property. Between sessions, take a walk through the Herb Mandala, settle into a hammock, or simply enjoy some time outside before coming back together. With flexible indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, Cave Creek Farm offers teams room to focus, connect and step away from the usual routine.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 90 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
