Our Cleaning Process Your health, safety, and comfort are our priority. The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before every reservation to ensure it is in excellent condition for your event. Our cleaning process includes: * Thorough sanitization of all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, light switches, tables, seating, and restroom fixtures. * Complete cleaning and disinfecting of restroom facilities. * Sweeping, mopping, and pressure cleaning of outdoor entertaining areas as needed. * Cleaning and inspection of patio furniture, dining areas, and lounge spaces. * Trash removal and replacement of trash liners. * Restocking of essential restroom supplies. * Final quality inspection to ensure the property is clean, organized, and guest-ready. To help us maintain our high standards, we ask guests to: * Place all trash in the designated receptacles. * Remove personal belongings and decorations before departure. * Report any spills, damages, or maintenance concerns during the reservation. Our goal is to provide every guest with a clean, well-maintained, and welcoming outdoor venue so you can focus on enjoying your event.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
